Appointment Cancellation

  1. We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us ample time to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need of our services.
  2. Clients can easily cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our clinic directly using the provided contact information.

Late Cancellation

  1. If a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they may incur a late cancellation fee.
  2. The late cancellation fee for canceling with less than 24 hours notice is $70.00

No-Show Policy

  1. A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancels after the scheduled time.
  2. In the event of a no-show, the client may be charged the full fee of the missed appointment.

Extenuating & Expectational Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and accommodating. In exceptional cases, like sudden illness or emergencies, we may waive late cancellation or no-show fees. This will be evaluated case by case, with clients required to provide appropriate documentation or evidence.

Fees and Payment

  1. Late Cancellations – $70.00
  2. No Show Fees – Full cost of the missed appointment
  3. Clients responsible for late cancellation or no-show fees will be notified, and payment will be due within 3 days from the missed appointment date.
  4. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic bank transfer.

Rescheduling

  1. We encourage prompt rescheduling of appointments if cancellation occurs within the 24-hour notice period. This helps us accommodate your needs and avoid late cancellation fees.
  2. Every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative appointment time for rescheduling, subject to availability.
