1.2 Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment cost.

2.2 Insurance: If you have private health insurance, please check with your provider regarding coverage for physiotherapy services. We can provide invoices for you to claim your benefits.

2.3 Outstanding Payments: Payments for late cancellations, no-shows, or other fees must be settled within 7 days.
